Congrats to Tupac for a HUGE accomplishment. Tupac's greatest hits CD just hit diamond status. That means he has sold more than 10 million copies worldwide. That was a hard task even when CD sales were real strong, let alone in this climate. Physical CD sales have been way down while download sales are starting to increase slowly. Eminem is the first artist to make a million ALBUM sales on digital downloads (see previous post). Tupac just released a two new songs, The Road To Glory, and a Diss track to Dr. Dre, Nas and De La Soul. The news of the accomplishment comes just one week after his 40th birthday.
